After the 2 storms this year I wanted to have my roof inspected for any damage and possible replacement. He was extremely professional and guided me through what he was going to do in terms I could understand. After the inspection, and this is what I really love, Mick was honest and said that given the age of my current roof, and little to no damage, I did not need a new roof yet. When the time comes for a new roof, I will not be using anyone other than IBC roofing.

The "No Name" storm of September 2024 caused problems with our roof. We called IBC Roofing Wilmington and were lucky to reach Brandon Boone. Brandon arranged a three way phone call with our insurance company, was present when the adjuster came, and his professional information was an asset in securing a new roof. Brandon contacted us to select the new roof shingles, arranged the delivery of supplies and secured an excellent crew to get the job completed. When he was unable to be present for the dumpster pickup, Troy Lucero was on the scene. Troy used a magnetic metal finder to make sure no nails were left and promised to return with a power washer to remove a few tar marks on our driveway. We know he will fulfill that promise. We highly recommend this company and know they stand behind their work.
