Mick Dudley, Senior Project Manager, came on time and was very thorough in doing the initial assessment, marking the roof and taking pictures. Mick was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and then came back when the NCIUA Claims Inspector was here. During the job, Troy, Jonathan, and Estaban's crew obviously knew what to do efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was impressed with every member of the team and was especially impressed that 3 clean ups were performed to make sure all debris, especially random nails, were removed. Worked with Brandon and the experienced team at Integrity to replace the roof on our home after a winter thunderstorm rolled through Hampstead, NC. Seamless interface with my insurance company. Walked me through the whole process. Tore off old roof, replaced it with a higher quality reinforced roof. Looks great, he took lots of pictures during the process. Mick was the PM and was great with walking me through each step of the process. The entire crew were friendly and very hard working. They worked 7am-8pm to get it all done in one day. A few of the crew were back bright and early the next morning to do another post cleanup, cleanup. The dumpster was picked up at 7am the following morning as well. Leftover materials were picked up promptly. Mick also came back and did a 3rd walk around just to be sure all of the metal/any scraps were picked up around the house. 10/10 would recommend!Load more
